Reporting to therole involves the administration and maintenance of the SolidWorks PDM Vault, as well as serving as a backup to document control related activities.
What a typical day looks like:
Administer, configure, and maintain the SolidWorks PDM Vault (Professional or Standard), including SQL Server backend, archive server, and local client views
Oversee ECO/ECR routing, drawing/document reviews, and ensure documents follow release and lifecycle protocols consistently
Act as key point of contact for user issues; provide hands‑on PDM and CAD support in a regulated environment
Develop and deliver training and user documentation (including guides on workflows, permissions best practices, and templates)
Continually audit usage and compliance; perform regular checks to identify gaps or inefficiencies
Catalog and distribute engineering documents to users
Obsolete all previous document revisions in operations and archive obsolete project documents
Create operation & maintenance manuals for completed projects
Assist engineers with administrative tasks including submittal packets, owner manuals, etc.
Maintain project revision log for document releases
Perform other related duties as assigned
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in maintaining and distributing engineering documents.
Experience working in an ISO 9001 organization a plus
Previous experience working in an engineering firm a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Able to work independently to meet deadlines

Reporting to theQuality Manager, the Quality Engineerwillbe maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
What a typical day looks like:
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost.
Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing products and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
Holds up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
In charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
Explores reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
Establishes programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and research of equipment and facilities.
Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.
Develop QCP’S (Quality Control Plans) in implementing 8D’S methodology for root causes and corrective actions.
Create PFMEA’S (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).
Create PFD’S (Process Flow Diagram).
Creates forms and inspection checklist for new processes and products.
Develops SOP’S & W.I (Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instructions).
Creates pareto charts to track deficiencies and statics of processes and issues.
Assist the quality manager on other research projects and processes.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Typically requires 2 years of technical experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial field preferred.
Typically requires 2 years of experience.
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
Experience in the electrical and manufacturing industry.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations.
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Use of the following tools may be required:
Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics. May require various PCB operations.
Testing: oscilloscope, cable and harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer.
Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools.
Evaluate processes, work instructions and Standard Operating procedures.
