We are seeking a to drive the strategy, development, and execution for one of the key areas in our . As a key member of the product organization, you will take ownership of product initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to build scalable and innovative pricing solutions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, merchandising, and operations teams to develop features that optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

Product Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key business challenges related to pricing, promotions, and markdowns, translating them into actionable product solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our pricing systems remain innovative and effective.

Product Development & Delivery:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for key features.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with merchandising, pricing, and operations teams to gather insights and ensure product solutions address their needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring the product delivers meaningful value.

Performance & Insights:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • 7–9 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
