Essential Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan and execute operational processes.
  • Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Assist in the gathering and evaluation of real estate related data to help maximize the efficiency and usefulness of our real estate assets. Analyze HC growth, capacity information, space utilization and efficiency trends. Provide planning scenarios and utilization models.
  • Analyze and review data, including financial, contractual and operational performance
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations to the Real Estate & Facilities team, management, and other key stakeholders to illustrate analytical outcomes and proposals.
  • Attend meetings with Business Units and key stakeholders to evaluate space requirements for various departments.Provide Space Planning expertise and solutions to space needs.
  • Develop proposals for office alterations and layout improvements. Prepare drawings in AutoCad and upload drawings in various databases.
  • Maintain and audit data related to employee location and floor plans accuracy in CAFM system. Review office layouts and confirm accuracy of floor plans.
  • Assist in the development of process guides for Real Estate & Facilities including design guidelines, standard operating procedures, and process tools.

Required Skills:

  • Experience and strong working knowledge of MS Excel. Proficient in creating complex formulas in excel and knowledgeable on pivot tables. Data reporting.
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point.
  • High level of comfort with AutoCAD drafting software. Comfortable with reading/producing design drawings.
  • Knowledge of Serraview or other CAFM system software to manage data and records, as well as extracting information for report development.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and balance priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse mix of individuals and develop solutions to problems.
  • Ability to be creative and “think outside the box”.

Education Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Architecture, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or related field; OR
  • 5+ years professional experience in Corporate Real Estate & Facilities, Space Planning, Architecture, or Data Analysis.
