Job Description
  • Monitor, review, analyze and interpret all types of property and liability insurance policies against the requirements in both the equity and debt documents to ensure that the portfolio has adequate coverage and is in compliance with internal policies and procedures. Works with general partners to ensure that PNC has appropriate documentation for the insurance files.
  • Provides advice and guidance to underwriters and asset managers regarding risk implications of any such exceptions or gaps in coverage. Monitors due diligence process ensuring that all information has been received and is up to date meeting PNC guidelines.
  • After conferring with the manager or senior analyst, correspond, either verbally or in writing, as necessary with borrowers, insurance agents, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to insurance.
  • With direction from the manager or senior analyst, interact with internal departments as needed to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to insurance.
  • Assists manager or senior analyst in making recommendations on insurance decisions. Act as first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.

Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverages ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
  • Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrates a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

• Experience building and supporting a MongoDB Ops Manager environment
• Advanced MMS configuration experience, configuring and monitoring replica sets, optimizing database/query performance
• Expert Experience configuring sharding, monitoring, and identify the proper/optimal shard key
• Experience Performing Security measures, backups and restore backups
• User Management – creating users, assigning roles, managing permissions, etc.
• Experience implementing and supporting LDAP authorization and authentication with MongoDB
• Experience supporting MongoDB databases scaled across data centers.
• Experience supporting MongoDB Shards.
• Experience with Pearl, Bash and/or Java scripting
