Your Career
You will center your role on relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth within each partner sales team at the assigned Partner Accounts. Your success in this role will span the creation and execution of unique business plans with each potential partner. You’ll be measured primarily on the joint business executed with these strategic partners at an international level, working at the heart of the VAR, GSI & MSSP account teams. You will be collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders including Global / International Account Directors.
Your focus will be to drive enhanced alignment between the sales teams at PAN+Partners, as well as driving execution with excellence across account planning and pipeline management on all joint opportunities.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $650000/YR - $893000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .

The impact you will make in this role
As a Customer Service Rep for Pricing USA & Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate compilation, organization, and reconciliation of pricing data between multiple systems utilized by 3M GSC and 3M subsidiaries. In this role, you will maintain and enhance pricing applications, coordinate updates, manage requests, and support business groups within Customer Operations. You will also create price reports and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
You will make an impact by:
Create and maintain Deviated and Standard Prices in our systems based on the process governance and playbooks
Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.
Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
Demonstrate problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills, make suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
Maintaining ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.
Reject request outside USAC governance policy
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Academic : Bachelor´s degree concluded and/or ongoing.
Bilingual: English and Spanish intermediate/advance level. Verbal and written
Experience: Minimum one year of working experience in operational areas as pricing, customer service, collections and similar.
Knowledge or experience working with Salesforce, SAP, Excel (Pivot tables; Vlookup; Conditional formulas; Macros, etc)

Make presentations of products and services, highlighting their advantages and benefits.
Advise customers on the installation of vinyl and other graphic products, providing technical support when required. Using and leveraging CRM.
Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and market forecasts to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
Travel within the western area of Mexico as needed to visit customers and prospects.

Academic Background: Bachelor´s Degree concluded.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the graphics and vinyl installation market.

Expertise: Experience in fleet segments, and illuminated signs, key accounts and converters.
Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Availability to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the western area of Mexico.
