Description:What will your job look like:- Provide professional support to employees regarding salary, social benefits, and employment-related matters
- Perform monthly payroll calculations, including payments, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Responsible for processing payroll data, reviewing timesheets and attendance records
- Maintain ongoing communication with government authorities (Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, etc.)
- Submit monthly reports to the relevant authorities and follow up on related issues
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination forms (e.g., Form 161)
- Monitor employee entitlements such as sick leave, vacation days, convalescence pay, and maternity
All you need is:- Valid payroll accountant certification.
- At least two years םכ experience as a payroll accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – required.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- High level of English – speaking, reading, writing, and typing – advantage.
- Knowledge of Hilan software – advantage
- Team player, well-mannered, and detail-oriented .
