Description:
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end Israeli payroll process. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, including salary payments, taxes, and other deductions. Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collect and deliver all necessary global payroll data to local teams, ensuring accurate preparation, then review the final payroll results for compliance and correctness.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, and international payroll regulations. Prepare and submit required payroll tax filings and reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Work with payroll software and systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and tools. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and improve payroll system functionality.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner, guide employees on payroll policies and procedures, and Support HR and finance teams with payroll-related matters.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure payroll alignment with company policies and financial objectives. Support audits and ensure readiness for any external or internal payroll reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company – Must .
  • Proficiency with Hilan Payroll – Must .
  • Deep understanding of Israeli payroll laws and procedures, with the ability to process payroll independently – Must .
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a high proficiency in English – Must .
  • Proficient in Excel and Word – Must .
  • Experience with multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting systems – Advantage .
  • Familiarity with tax compliance, including estimated payments, VAT, Nikuim, and Odfot – Preferred .
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, strong team communication, a proactive work ethic, innovation, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in NetSuite – Advantage .

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Design, develop, standardize and maintain production cost systems, processes and tools to track and report on production and operational costs and increase forecast accuracy
  • Provide sites tools for calculations and analysis, uniform templates supporting accounting policies to ensure constant and accurate actual & forecast reporting; Build robust monthly recon process.
  • Provide visibility through discipline and systems architecture, removing bottlenecks and layers to support full accountability, transactional and reporting; provide analytical reports, tracking per policy and focused KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Your experience and qualifications
  • At least 10-years of financial experience
  • Capability to manage complex, cross-company processes
  • Demonstrated leadership skills leading teams and influencing stakeholders globally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, decisive and resilient
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Performance: Verify that the platform operates reliably under both normal and stressful conditions, minimizing downtime and failures.
  • Lead the development of robust QA lead, including manual, automated, and performance testing to validate both developer and user specifications.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage QA activities across multiple projects and products, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with QA teams, development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and achieve quality objectives effectively.
