As a Sales Coordinator at Expoint, you will be responsible for helping to streamline and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. This involves working alongside team members from the marketing, sales and product divisions to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within given deadlines.
You will possess strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as excellent communication skills. You must be able to articulate yourself clearly over the phone, through emails and in-person, as you will be expected to interact with potential customers as well as colleagues from other departments.
You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as customer service inquiry response, taking orders and ensuring product fulfilment. You will also help maintain client relations by coordinating customer visits to our office and accompanying sales personnel on sales trips.
You must be comfortable working in an ever-evolving and fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and easily able to learn new software applications. The ability to problem solve independently is a must, along with the capacity to contribute creative solutions to customer issues.
