About The Role

  • Reporting to VP of Revenue Operations, will manage the Core Analytics team, the Business Analytics team and the Leadership Analytics team.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with CRO senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional team, including CEO office, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Finance as part of company’s Analysts Guild, promoting best practices, joint initiatives and standardization.
  • Group Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversee globally analysts embedded within CRO Analytics teams
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members.

Your Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics roles within SaaS companies, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Excellent SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) – must.
  • Experience with Python and data packages (pandas, NumPy, seaborn/Plotly).
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in data governance and data quality management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, including working with stakeholders at varying levels of data proficiency.
  • Ability to design frameworks, drive alignment, and initiate action plans.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a high-paced environment.
