This role requires close collaboration with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams to balance demand and capacity while minimizing delays and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery targets.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Communicate schedule changes and priorities to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and performance metrics.
Support planning for new product introductions and changes in production processes.
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. industrial engineers.
*Strong knowledge ofSAP, Excel, Power point.
*Good at Excel
*Strong communication
*Detail oriented
*Able to work well with cross functional teams
*Ability to multitask under dynamic and uncertain conditions
*Self-motivated completing challenging tasks
*English – High
