Your Experience

Extensive practical experience advising on employment law and regulations, compliance, and ER best practice, and the ability to pragmatically apply this knowledge in a commercial environment.
Experience conducting investigations and advising on a wide range of sensitive and complex employee relations issues, including performance management, manager/employee conflicts or complaints, and behavioral/conduct issues.
Demonstrated experience executing on change management programs and restructures, with the ability to balance the efficient project-management of complex processes with empathy and care.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust, rapport and influence across all levels of the company. Able to confidently influence and articulate complex issues to a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
