- Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the marketing counterpart to Product Directors, ensuring market alignment across discovery, development, and delivery.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of storytelling, clarity, and impact.
- Experience : 5+ years in product marketing, including 3+ years managing teams in SaaS, B2B, or growth-driven environments.
- Strategic GTM Expertise : Proven track record building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex digital products.
- Storytelling Ability : Exceptional skill at crafting compelling narratives and positioning that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
