• Identify and manage Teva’s FX exposure; design and execute risk management strategies to protect financial performance from market volatility
• Forecast finance expenses and cashflows
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Treasury to mitigate financial risks
• Drive automation and implement new systems and platforms
• Develop financial models, processes, and risk-management policies
• Ensure hedging accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance

• Academic degree in Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance or a quantitative field – must
• CPA / Advanced degree or MBA/FRM – advantage
• 4+ years’ experience in finance in multinational corporations or financial institutions (including internships) – must
• Experience in financial risk management – strong advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and passion for automating processes and leveraging AI
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python – advantage.
• Experience with Treasury systems – advantage
• Advanced presentation skills – able to communicate complex topics clearly and influence diverse audiences

Supporting in planning, forecasting and analyzing ~$150M Operating Cost by understanding the spending profile (Headcount, T&E, Project Materials, Depreciation, Allocations, etc)
Responsible for managing and tracking ~600HC worldwide, including weekly reconciliations, updating forecast
Partner with Division GMs and their staff (R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to provide accurate finance input & support for yearly/monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and ad-hoc analysis
Support process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support Corporate Finance and Accounting in the monthly close process to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions and thorough financial reporting and analysis.
Support with product phase exit financials preparation by maintaining ROI models on multiple products with different scenarios
Perform ad hoc analysis - analyze data from different perspectives to help support business decisions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics with 2-3 years of relevant experience (with emphasis on forecasting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment)
Openness to learning and looking for ways to improve
Result-driven, self-motivated, fast learner with excellent eye for detail and ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, perform under time pressure
Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn
Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels and parts of an organization
Fluent in English – verbal and written
Proficient in SAP/TM1 or similar systems and strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills- advantage
