As an Expoint Software Team Leader, you will be in charge of leading and developing a team of talented software engineers and developing the software solutions they create. This position will require you to manage multiple software development projects while maintaining high standards of excellence, quality control, and customer satisfaction. You will need to have profound technical knowledge and experience in a wide range of software development technologies, including .NET, Java, PHP, Python, Node, React, HTML and CSS. As a software leader, you should have strong leadership skills and be a master of organization and delegation, as well as be comfortable managing remote and international teams. You will be working directly with the clients to ensure their expectations are met and that the projects are packaged and properly architects according to the clients' specifications. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team members while assisting them with their professional development. Your ability to establish and manage timelines and create a structured and organized approach to projects is essential. Part of your role will include engaging with the technical leadership team, attending industry events and trade shows, and staying abreast of the latest trends and advances in software engineering. You will also be in charge of setting expectations for and evaluating performance of software engineering members, offering support when needed and providing feedback and recognition for a job well done. Your experience and judgment will be used to understand clients’ needs, strategize solutions, and ensure success in meeting project objectives.
