High Speed Mixed Signal Simulation Leaders play a vital role in the development of semiconductor products. As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for applying your deep understanding of signal simulation to reduce the cost of developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the models necessary to accurately represent signal behavior; benchmarking various simulation tools; and quantifying signal accuracy. In addition to having strong technical skills, High Speed Mixed Signal Simulation Leaders should have a passion for leading complex projects and collaborating with peers, managers, and functional leads. Successful candidates should also have a knack for problem-solving and an ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions. They should also be highly organized, able to effectively balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent communication, detail orientation, and project planning skills.
