The Intel Fab28 Headquarters Data Analyst Technical Assistant will:
• Data Analysis and System Management: Execute advanced people analytics processes, perform comprehensive data analysis, and develop and maintain HC information systems, including building applications, reports, and decision support tools.
• Provide Technical Support: Collaborate closely with F28 labor analyst to deliver technical assistance and support for daily headcount (HC) activities and program management initiatives.
• Dashboard and Portal Management: Ensure seamless operation and connectivity of Fab's dashboards, homepages, and portals, maintaining optimal performance and functionality.
Academic Requirements:
• 3rd year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering (with systems information focus) or Information Systems Engineering.
Availability:
• Minimum 20 hours per week, 2-3 days per week
Required Skills and Experience:
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities with strong analytical mindset
• Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service, and project management within dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong administrative management capabilities
• Ability to collaborate across multiple interfaces and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
Technical Proficiencies:
• Experience with Power BI and SQL, and Excel-based solutions.
• Strong ability to develop and adopt AI-based solutions to enhance operational effectiveness

• Fast learner with self-directed learning capabilities and commitment to staying current with emerging technical developments

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Fluent English & Hebrew
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
