Expoint is seeking an exceptional Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Israel. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers while also working on problem-solving initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues in other divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful product launch.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly seasoned in Tech Support, can easily adapt to the ever-changing needs of customers and take a creative approach to troubleshoot a range of issues. Working knowledge of system engineering, database management, and cloud services is essential.
The Technical Support Engineer position requires a highly organized individual who can handle up to three simultaneous tasks with ease. Your duties will include ensuring system uptime, working with the development team to troubleshoot issues, and providing technical training to customers. Expertise in data security, technical documentation, and customer service/escalation processes are all key attributes for this role.
Organizational and communication skills are a must to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and that operations proceed smoothly. You will also be carrying out QA review, monitoring system performance, and analyzing customer feedback.
