Requirements:

• Take ownership of reported customer issues and drive them to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective solutions.
• Follow escalation procedures to route unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.

• Advocate for customer needs internally, acting as their technical representative within Lightrun.
• Upgrade Lightrun application for on-prem customers.

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical customer success, or delivery engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Javascript, or C#.
• Code comprehension skills - ability to read and understand code.
• Experience with logs and monitoring systems: Datadog, Logs.io etc.
• Experience with support tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to customer requests.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in Development, DevOps or Delivery Engineer is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in Python working with AI/ML frameworks
• At least 5 years of backend experience with at least one additional programming language (Java / C# / Node.js / C++)
• At least 3 years experience working with database solutions (RDBMS, NoSQL, Vector)
• Proven experience with writing efficient and useful LLM prompts
• Proven experience building LLM-based solutions and integrating them into products
• Strong system and architecture design skills, particularly in designing LLM based systems
• Experience or at least substantial knowledge of GenAI technologies such as agentic flows, RAG, model fine-tuning / distilling, prompt engineering, context graphs, context awareness
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their AI/LLM services

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in hands-on technical tasks, contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of our observability platform.
• Design, implement, secure and maintain the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to support the Lightrun platform on SaaS/ST/On-Prem deployments.
• Take full end-to-end responsibility for all infrastructure-related projects.
• Collaborate with the development, SE, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment of software releases.
• Drive automation and scalability efforts to optimize system performance, reliability, and availability.
• Continuously monitor and improve the observability, monitoring, and logging systems to ensure the stability and performance of the platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact and benefits for Lightrun.
• Manage and maintain Lightrun environments across AWS and other public cloud providers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong background in infrastructure management, CI/CD methodologies, and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in both cloud and on-premise environments, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and working with on-premise infrastructure.
• Proficiency in infrastructure management and deployment using cloud platforms and on-premise solutions.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Go or Bash.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux-based systems
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog or ELK stack for both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
