Your key responsibilities

As a Test Manager within the Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering Team at EY, you will play a vital role as an essential part of our multi-disciplinary and high-performing team. This team is composed of individuals with extensive experience in helping various public and private organizations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role will involve leading the testing efforts in one or more of the following areas;

  • Taking end to end responsibility for the effective planning and delivery of QA elements of large scale complex strategic and/or transformative projects in accordance with relevant Test Management Methodologies
  • Planning, directing, coordinating and reporting on QA delivery activities from test strategy and test planning through to UAT and hand off to end users by leading, directing and overseeing a large team of resources working across multiple workstreams and projects
  • Influencing and negotiating testing efforts and focus, often across multiple functions. Prepares and presents defect impact analysis, insights and recommendations to assist defined governance forums and senior client stakeholders with decision making
  • Maintaining focus of QA activities to ensure projects deliver on key priorities and dependencies
  • Identifing and advises on project level decisions that influence significant project direction and escalates those defects, risks and issues that cannot be effectively mitigated to the agreed governance forums

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Experience of delivering QA in Agile/ DevOps and V-model environments

  • Experience in co-ordinating and managing UAT
  • Experience delivering both manual testing and test automation

YOU WILL:

● Interpret complex AI security challenges and translate them into simple, actionable solution designs.

● Partner with Account Executives to drive sales motions and lead technical evaluations.

● Work cross‑functionally across F5 to deliver a cohesive and secure customer experience.

● Position yourself as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right AI Runtime Security capabilities.

● Support field marketing events by representing F5 at conferences, webinars, and customer sessions.

● Stay informed on the accelerating AI security landscape—including AI red‑team methods, inference attacks, model‑specific vulnerabilities, and regulatory frameworks.

YOU HAVE:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

● 5+ years in a customer‑facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar).

● Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, Security, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, especially in Generative AI.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.

● Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and sales organizations.

● A growth mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
