Job responsibilities

  • Is a point of contact within the Global/Regional IBOR team for a client, or clients, and internal partners to build strong relationships in order to support key interactions and continued premier service delivery

What will your key responsibilities involve?

  • Assisting the corporate secretary team for a regulated Irish bank (and other regulated and unregulated European legal entities).

  • Track record of delivering change and driving corporate governance best practice.
