1. Provide comprehensive support for clients' E-Commerce business operations and initiatives.
2. Work in tandem with global cross-functional teams to refine E-Commerce platform operations. Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
3. Analyze technical and functional tickets to understand requirements and facilitate effective communication between client and Module teams.
4. Take ownership of unique requests related to regional specificities that fall outside the standard tracking framework.
5. Identify and address issues and obstacles faced by the subsidiary client, effectively resolving matters of low to medium complexity with the involvement of stakeholders. Possesses the autonomy to escalate situations as necessary.
8. Generate and share regular and irregular reports about issues raised by client.
9. Take the lead in rolling out new features through end-to-end support, from clarifying subsidiary requirements to hyper care.
10. Participate in sales strategies and discussions with the Regional Office and subsidiary to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

• At least with Bachelor’s degree
• 3 – 7 years of relevant work experience with E-commerce platform (OBS or non-OBS)
• Experience in E-commerce, online marketing, and client relationship management or project management.
• Experience with E-Commerce platform operations is a bonus.
• Must have hands-on experience with e-commerce platform - Magento (Experience with AEM, ECS or GERP are advantageous)
• Familiarity with service/ticket management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Familiarity with Project management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, finalising and advising on client and procurement contracts (for EY and its global network member firms) and shall include:
• IT contracts for multiple EY divisions and variety of technologies (such as AI, robotics, analytics),
• Software License contracts, Hosted software/Hosted Services Agreements;
• IT Services agreements; Outsourcing Agreements, Managed Services Agreement, Software support agreements; SLAs

Payroll Assistant - Cork (Tax)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and processing of payrolls for clients, under supervision.
• Support the team in ensuring payroll returns are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Help maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to basic payroll-related queries from clients and employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and the preparation of standard payroll reports.
• Learn to use payroll software and technology platforms (e.g., Quantum/QPOSS, Excel).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and work as part of a team on larger clients/projects.

• Conduct tax research and draft technical memos on emerging legislation, case law, and client-specific issues.
• Support transaction-related tax work, including due diligence, structuring advice, and post-deal integration from a tax perspective.

We also help to support finance functions with robust financial data analytics and innovation through our tools.

Your key responsibilities

Within FAAS, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary and high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive experience helping financial services organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution in one or more of the following areas:

• Research and develop solutions to complex technical accounting and/or regulatory issues.
• Keep up to date with industry, regulatory and accounting change to proactively develop and present solutions to our clients and potential clients.
• Work with our client’s financial and regulatory reporting teams to help deliver insights from financial information and to improve reporting processes.
• Lead the delivery of technical support on ad-hoc accounting and regulatory queries from clients and teams in other service lines and across EMEIA.
• Assist clients with the implementation of new and revised accounting standards, GAAP conversions and regulatory change.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of engagements including those involving large scale financial and accounting change or complex transactions in in large Finance functions.
