Role Overview
As a key member of the Go‑To‑Market team, you will:
● Understand customer environments and AI adoption roadmaps
● Build and deliver compelling demonstrations of inference‑layer protection, model red‑teaming, and agent defense
● Serve as a trusted advisor on secure AI deployment patterns
YOU WILL:
● Interpret complex AI security challenges and translate them into simple, actionable solution designs.
● Partner with Account Executives to drive sales motions and lead technical evaluations.
● Work cross‑functionally across F5 to deliver a cohesive and secure customer experience.
● Position yourself as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right AI Runtime Security capabilities.
● Support field marketing events by representing F5 at conferences, webinars, and customer sessions.
● Stay informed on the accelerating AI security landscape—including AI red‑team methods, inference attacks, model‑specific vulnerabilities, and regulatory frameworks.
YOU HAVE:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
● 5+ years in a customer‑facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar).
● Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, Security, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, especially in Generative AI.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
● Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and sales organizations.
● A growth mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

• Intelligent Automation Solution design
• Designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using industry leading software like Blue Prism and UiPath as well as solutions build using other technologies such as python.
• Engaging with clients at all levels across the organisation both business & technology functions

Key requirements

• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or other relevant tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights
