Your key responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant technical qualifications, and strong interest in commercial and procurement matters as they relate to Public Procurement and Capital Projects & Infrastructure.
  • Senior Procurement Advisors will be required to work closely with other members of the EY team and Clients to advise on procurement strategy and procurement execution across a number of major capital projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree (required), master’s preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in business transformation, with deep sector expertise in oil and gas.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Operating model design and deployment
    • Transformation strategy and business case development
    • Portfolio governance, performance metric design, and cost transformation
    • Agile organization development and digital strategy
    • Familiarity with emerging technologies and future-back planning
  • Strong foundational business skills, including:
    • Client relationship management and trust-building
    • Commercial acumen and proposal development
    • Executive-level communication and change leadership
    • Systems thinking, sustainability, and cross-functional team leadership

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire teams.

  • Experience delivering transformation strategies at an account or enterprise level.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

  • Conducts her/ himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to Boston Scientific's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The intern is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by the Boston Scientific.
  • Becomes knowledgeable about her or his own responsibilities and the business and operational issues inherent in them as well as about the Boston Scientific's management and particular issues relevant to the Company.
  • Contributes to the preparation and production of proposals and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
