Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Active Directory infrastructure, including:
    • Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS)
    • Certificate-based authentication and enrolment
    • Encrypting File System (EFS)
    • Kerberos authentication
    • SSL/TLS configuration
  • Manage and maintain core services:
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • DHCP
    • Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
    • Windows File Server
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPO)
  • Maintain a large DNS environment with multiple zones
  • Build and deploy laptops and desktops using Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
  • Develop Bash and PowerShell scripts for automation, software deployment, and reporting
  • Implement and manage Hybrid Active Directory deployments, Single Sign-On (SSO), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune
  • Monitor system performance and event logs for system and security issues
  • Perform in-place upgrades of Windows Server environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve server infrastructure
  • Provide remote and on-site support to IT users, including documentation and procedural guidance

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Microsoft professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP Server Administrator
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Active Directory, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS, Windows File Server
    • Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
    • Bash and PowerShell scripting
    • Hybrid AD, SSO, Teams administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize server infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain an active knowledge of Chase home lending products, as well as local housing assistance programs and grants available for down payment and/or closing cost assistance
  • Promoting mortgage products to existing Chase customers and to other customers in the community you serve, continually engaging with a pipeline of customers ‘not mortgage ready’ for home ownership through education and counseling processes until they are ready to apply, while maintaining compliance with current lending guidelines and Chase policies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
  • Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) guidelines Unique Requirements, and low-down payment products. (Regional Management approval for internal Home Lending Advisors who have been in their position for less than one year.)
  • Knowledge of real estate market in local area and the ability to build new external referral sources and networks (e.g., realtors, nonprofits, community groups, civic/professional organizations required)
  • Track record of customer satisfaction as demonstrated in customer satisfaction scores and customer comments
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting in your community outreach when providing homeowner education and demonstrating knowledge while working with community-based nonprofits, community groups, consumer advocacy groups, and civic/professional groups.
  • Intermediate Personal Computer skills in a Windows environment
