What you’ll d

• Design, prototype, and iterate enterprise‑ready user interfaces in Figma, applying SAP Fiori UI5 components and adhering to Joule’s branding and interaction paradigms

• Incorporate conversational UI and contextual AI cues consistent with the SAP Joule experience. Joule is a generative AI copilot deeply embedded in SAP cloud apps that delivers proactive, contextual assistance rooted in business data, automates workflows, and interacts via natural language across applications

• Translate complex business processes into clean user flows and journeys

• Collaborate with product owners, frontend developers, users, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs

• Conduct or support stakeholder interviews and user research to inform usability decisions

• Develop design concepts from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups, ensuring smooth handoffs to developers

• Contribute to and extend design systems and component libraries aligned with both SAP UI5 and Joule design patterns

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness in design patterns

• Stay updated on enterprise UX trends, SAP Fiori UI5 standards, and the evolving design language of Joule

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Product Design, HCI, or a relevant field

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, components, auto layout, prototypes, and managing design systems

• Strong visual design sensibility, keen eye for layout, typography, consistency, and interaction

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to synthesise feedback across roles and regions

• Self‑starter who can iterate quickly and manage workload effectively

• Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP Fiori UI5, or interest in learning enterprise‑grade frontend frameworks

• Knowledge of Joule’s AI copilot experience, including its proactive contextual interactions and workflows, is a strong advantage. Joule embeds across SAP cloud apps to assist users in natural language and automates multistep business tasks

• Basic understanding of web app logic and how UI components connect with user flows and data is a plus

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• Exposure to agile or product‑focused environments is a plu
