What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Provide a wide range of customer-oriented human resources services.
  • Manage HR support and administration, including all tasks related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, as well as employment contracts, benefits, and payroll operations.
  • Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure understanding and communication of compliance and local legal requirements.
  • Document HR actions by completing necessary forms, reports, and records.
  • Oversee immigration procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage benefits enrollments and assist with related queries.

Das EMEA Talent Acquisition Team bei Boston Scientific unterstützt die Erreichung der strategischen Unternehmensziele durch die rechtzeitige Rekrutierung von Talenten und den Aufbau zukünftiger Talent-Pipelines. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Ermittlung zukünftiger Personalbedarfe sowie Erstellung von Stellenbeschreibungen und -profilen
  • Durchführung von Strategiegesprächen mit den Hiring Managern, um die Anforderungen der Rolle zu verstehen und zur Rekrutierungsstrategie zu beraten
  • Führen von Interviews und Bewertung relevanter Faktoren wie Berufserfahrung, Ausbildung, Training, Fähigkeiten, Kenntnisse und weitere Daten für den Auswahlprozess
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie zur Steigerung des Bewerber-Pools und Talent-Pipelining sowie Optimierung einer vielfältigen Kandidatenbasis
  • Coaching von Hiring Managern und Koordination des Auswahlprozesses zur optimalen Besetzung offener Stellen
  • Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Einbringen von Vorschlägen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und Strategien im Recruiting
  • Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Verhandlung wettbewerbsfähiger Stellenangebote
  • Umsetzung organisatorischer Recruiting-Strategien zur Gewinnung hochqualifizierter Kandidat/innen unter gleichzeitiger Betonung des Employer Branding in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und europäischen HR-Teams sowie dem globalen Talent Acquisition Team
  • Identifizierung potenzieller Kandidaten über komplexe Boolean Searches , Fachgruppen, berufliche und soziale Netzwerke, Empfehlungen, Networking, Web-Sourcing und das interne CRM-Systeme

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

  • Zwischen 3 und 5 Jahren fundierte Recruitment-Erfahrung mit direktem Kundenkontakt, sowohl inhouse als auch in Agenturen
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting in der Life-Science-Industrie (Medizintechnik und/oder Pharma) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Recruitment-Agenturen wäre ein großes Plus
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder gleichwertig sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil

General Responsibilities

  • Agile Project Management: Manage multiple critical projects, requiring matrix management of activities across all functional areas. Drive project planning activities, including stakeholder identification, risk management, and regular status reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate, influence, and negotiate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Create and maintain project schedules, identifying resource estimates, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, MCA, or any other related Master's degree.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant Agile experience (Scrum Master, Agile Coach/Mentor) with at least 3-7 years of hands-on project management experience delivering technology solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mandatory Agile Certifications: Preferably SAFe Agile or Scrum.org (PSM I + PSM II) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Project Management Certification: PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Desired:

  • Substantial experience working as part of Agile teams.
  • Ability to embed and foster Agile ways of working at the team level.
  • Proactively upskill the team in Agile practices.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share best practices.
