ADay in the Lifeof the EMEA AI Product Owner:
You’ll begin your day translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the backlog, and overseeing the AI product lifecycle to ensure successful, ethical, and valuable implementations. Key responsibilities include defining success criteria, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and bridging the gap between business goals and AI capabilities.
You will work on initiatives like AgentForce AI, PACE and other new AI opportunities in the region.
You will collaborate with the AI Product Managers, Data Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Governance teams to clarify data contracts, schemas, lineage, and access models, ensuring each increment is production-ready and guided by design. You’ll groom the roadmap and write user stories to add to the backlog, break down epics, refine acceptance criteria, and balance new features with technical debt, observability, and cost efficiency. You’ll demo recent increments, gather user feedback, and turn it into testable stories that enhance usability, trust, and performance. You’ll brief sponsors on the value delivered and present investment options for the next phases.
Your role is more technically demanding, requiring an understanding of AI technologies and ethical considerations. You must navigate challenges like data privacy and compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, you will manage AI bias by providing diverse datasets for model training and using bias detection mechanisms to monitor AI outputs.
On a monthly rhythm, you’ll coordinate with global data and architecture forums to reuse patterns, converge on standards, and ensure EMEA needs are represented in the enterprise roadmap.
As a champion of the data strategy & enablement team, you will drive adoption through excellent product experience - discoverability in the catalog, clear documentation, and dependable service levels that help teams selfserve trustworthy, governed data at scale.

As a Systems Engineer, you will support global project teams in designing system architecture, managing requirements, and performing component and system testing. Working in a cross-functional team, you’ll help develop integrated mechatronic systems for automotive applications, combining hydraulic systems with motors, controllers, and software. You will also contribute to process improvements and testing through bench and vehicle integration.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
Develop mechatronic systems according to the V-Model in compliance with automotive standards
Understand system requirements on a multi-disciplinary level, define sub-systems and interfaces
Coordinate with global expert teams
Design and develop systems and system architectures based on customer requirements and for internal development activities
Support in defining the testing strategy and scope and support testing and validation on system and integration level
Work closely with customer and inter-company development team
Our requirements:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields
Relevant experience of ideally 2-3 years in a similar position
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and ability to create, interpret schematics and diagrams
Able to navigate in CAD systems and able to understand FEA and CFD results
Practical experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems
Solid experience in common development tools (e.g. Matlab, Simulink)
Familiarity with tools which manage requirements (e.g. Doors, Helix) is a plus
Solid understanding of physical principles
Excellent team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude, strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), while proficiency in German is highly preferred

Extensive knowledge and experience of electromechanical systems
Experience with BLDC motor controller HW design, circuit analysis and microprocessors for BLDC control applications
Experience with CAN, LIN communication protocols
Knowledge of Functional Safety, Cyber security is a plus
Knowledge of V-Model development processes and ASPICE is a plus
Practical experience with electronic test equipment and Vector Hardware are considered as a plus
