We offer a Master student position for developing RTL automation environments to help our products to choose the right embedded memory strategy for fast and accurate integration.


The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ideate, plan, develop and run automated RTL test environments
  • Compare and rate test coverage and test results
  • Define test strategies to increase RTL code quality based on latest AI technology and algorithms
  • Present results and best solutions to the internal memory team
Qualifications:
  • An excellent background in RTL (preferably system verilog and UVM)
  • AI and test strategy experience


Education and Experience

  • Degree (BS) in electrical engineering, software engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in HDL language
  • experience in AI and software development
  • Know-how on modern Software tools like python, perl, java, vscode
  • Pursuing highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication, fluent in English
  • Demonstrated proficient documentations skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently.


Experience with Windows 11, Office 365 and UNIX/LINUX systems is required

You are responsible for

  • Explore and establish new ways of process execution with the aid of digital automation and artificial intelligence
  • Create Dashboards/Overviews that allow to extract data for further analysis
  • Organize and support execution of our internal events such as Planning Events, Innovation Camps, Failure Speeches and other learning culture topics.
  • Support the set up of agile project management and other hybrid ways of working in a development environment
  • Enable knowledge sharing and set up structures where needed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • You are currently doing your Bachelors or Master’s degree in the field of Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer science, Digital Transformation, Project Management or similar.
  • Good understanding of common data processing / analytics and visualization techniques
  • Advanced coding skills in Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib / plotly, scipy, …)
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of technical documentation. Ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • First experience with SQL is an advantage but not a must
  • First experience with ML/AI methods and associated coding skills is an advantage but not a must

Your key responsibilities

  • As a Scrum master / IT project manager, you are responsible for leading our digital health IT projects and guiding Scrum teams by applying the agile process.
  • Additionally, you will work together with near- and off-shore technical teams, vendors and external partners to ensure our tailored solutions for our healthcare clients are compliant with health regulations and standards. In your role, you will collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to prioritize and address health-specific IT requirements.
  • As technical expert, you ensure the feasibility, scalability, security, and performance of IT solutions.
  • You also identify requirements and strategies with the development team to follow. Additionally, you communicate requirements with other stakeholders like project managers, product owners, business analysts, developers and infrastructure or security architects, as well as provide training and support in business development.

Skills and attributes for sucess

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency in the local language of your country of residence is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple project deliveries in parallel.
  • Ability/flexibility to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus. Master's or further certification are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an IT project manager, preferably min. 1 year in a healthcare context and with particular focus on the oversight of agile development.
  • Proven experience in applying agile values, principles and practices, ad well as leading Scrum teams.
  • Deep understanding of (agile) project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as the related frameworks, e.g. Scrum or SAFe
  • A good understanding of software architecture (mobile and web), platforms, and development.
  • Experience in applying project delivery and project management methodologies.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A reliable network in the healthcare industry and a consulting track record.
  • A good overview of industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understand how they apply to our healthcare clients and can drive their adoption into our projects.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards relevant for healthcare, e.g. GDPR, clinical trials, SaMD.
  • A solid understanding of health-specific interoperability formats, e.g. HL7/FHIR, SNOMED, OMOP, openEHR.
