What You bring

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing .

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals .

  • Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques .

  • Proven success in LEAN manufacturing , workplace design, and process improvement.
