  • Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

  • Assist in sourcing solutions for new client opportunities and bids.
  • Overseeing and managing strategic and critical supplier relationships to drive high performance and develop mutually beneficial goals.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management within a complex and regulated environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage supplier and client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of operational and third-party risk frameworks.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, in procurement and supply chain contexts.
  • Team leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with digital platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP Ariba) is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed consulting or services environment.

To qualify for the role;

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
  • MCIPS certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Project or programme management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are a bonus.
