About the Role
As a Field Sales Associate (FSA) at Boston Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional accounts under the guidance of the Region Sales Manager. - Provide timely updates to the Regional Manager on business plans, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Manage expense and promotional budgets in accordance with company guidelines
- Prepare comprehensive account-level plans aligned with the Urology Division’s strategic goals
- Leverage sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to optimize performance
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, customer interactions, and field reports
- Submit all required administrative documentation promptly
- Conduct all sales activities in compliance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, AdvaMed policies, and company integrity standards
- Participate in occasional weekend and evening trade shows or meetings

You’ll begin your day translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the backlog, and overseeing the AI product lifecycle to ensure successful, ethical, and valuable implementations. Your role is more technically demanding, requiring an understanding of AI technologies and ethical considerations. You must navigate challenges like data privacy and compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, you will manage AI bias by providing diverse datasets for model training and using bias detection mechanisms to monitor AI outputs.
On a monthly rhythm, you’ll coordinate with global data and architecture forums to reuse patterns, converge on standards, and ensure EMEA needs are represented in the enterprise roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog ownership & delivery: Convert outcomes into prioritized epics/stories, lead refinement and planning, uphold DoR/DoD, balance features with reliability, observability, cost, and sustainability.
- Value & metrics: Establish VIPs/KPIs/OKRs (adoption, time‑to‑data, data trust, NPS, ROI); run quarterly value reviews, iterate the roadmap based on evidence.
- Privacy and Data Governance by design: Embed privacy, security, quality, and lifecycle controls (policies, lineage, access models, retention, auditability) into every increment, ensure GDPR compliance and data residency adherence.

What you will need:

- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts. Proven success delivering AI products from concept to scaled adoption. Strong understanding of ethical AI considerations.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen our Android & Embedded platform team for automotive. The team builds and maintains platform support across Android (AOSP/AAOS), Embedded Linux, and QNX, enabling multi-screen experiences, layering of 3D content with native applications, and rich multi-touch input. Our day-to-day spans large multithreaded C/C++/C#/Java codebases, deep work in the Android lifecycle and system services, GPU/CPU/IO profiling, and rendering pipelines (OpenGL/Vulkan).
You’ll collaborate across Unity, partnering with industry teams who work directly with customers and core R&D teams responsible for cross-platform support, systems architecture, libraries, and runtime optimization. Alongside engine platform work, you’ll help provide embedded support for premium automotive customers, including integrations on Automotive SoCs (e.g., NXP i.MX8, NVIDIA Drive CX), Android system apps, and production HMI and instrument-cluster experiences.
This is a one-year contract position.
