The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.
Responsibilities include:Supporting the Store Manager in:
• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
• Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear

Assist with driving your store’s profitability by:
Key Accountabilities:
Utilizes all available store and market data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.
Creates and drives a service culture by ensuring all activities are centered on the consumer.

Implements strategic plans to deliver seasonal Brand and product training to own store and ensures knowledge is transferred into selling skills.
Partners with General Manager to lead store HR planning, recruitment, on boarding, training, and development initiatives in own store while actively assisting in succession planning process and ensuring all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment with a minimum 18 months of Store Management experience.
Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience
Geographical mobility is preferred.

The pay scale for this role is$60k – $122k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .3512 hours per day that increases with years of service, 7 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
