Test and learn: run A/B and multivariate tests to identify what resonates most—across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies—and apply those findings in future campaigns.
Champion innovation:
4+ years of experience in paid digital media, including at least 3 years focused on paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit).
A strong grasp of social advertising, platform capabilities, audience insights, and evolving industry trends.
Validated experience running and optimizing campaigns with a data-informed, test-and-learn approach.
Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment with diverse partners.
Analytical approach and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to influence and align across teams with empathy and clarity.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
