Der Client Services Manager ist eine zentrale Rolle in vielen Technologieunternehmen. Der Primärzweck einer solchen Position ist es, Kunden bei der Implementierung, integrieren und Anpassung von Technologien im Rahmen der Business ERP-Software oder dem Hardware-Portfolio des Unternehmens zu unterstützen. Als Client Services Manager müssen Sie über ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten verfügen, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, Kundenbedürfnisse mit komplexer Technologie zu vereinen. Sie müssen souverän in Software-Engineering- und Programmiertechnologien sein, um eine reibungslose Implementierung zu unterstützen.
