Skills and attributes for success

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions , such as Supply Chain IT platforms , analytics and visualisation tools, warehouse and transport management systems, demand planning systems, blockchain, or automation/robotics technologies.
  • Exposure to Procurement within complex, large-scale organisational environments—beyond purely transactional activities - with a focus on strategic sourcing and process optimisation. One of the sectors we work with is the Australian Federal Government and as such Australian Citizenship is preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability in Operational and Manufacturing Excellence, including continuous improvement initiatives, systems thinking, and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma in both operational and manufacturing contexts.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
