Follow up through call or emails with HR SPOC/Institute/Colleges/Universities for closing verifications or calling the candidates to collection information or documents.
Coordinate with verification sources and update internal database.
Closures of verification checks as per the defined time.
Coordination with other operations department for closures (if required)
Good written and verbal communication skills (English Language)

Qualification
· Prior experience in a Transformation projects in banking domain is a great plus with Business requirements gathering, stakeholder’s management & strong presentation skills.
· Traceability of business requirements into solution design to confirm linkage of business

· Market Research , Company Profiling, Secondary Research

Ce poste vous permettra de développer vos compétences techniques grâce à des programmes de formation passionnants complétés par une formation pratique continue, assurée par un technicien expert. Vous travaillerez dans l'un de nos centres de service d’excellence internationale, tout en ayant la possibilité de vous rendre sur d’autres sites pour vous former et prêter main forte si nécessaire.
- Effectuer les réparations et l’entretien de tous les types de véhicules Tesla, avec ou sans supervision selon le niveau de compétence
- Démontrer une compréhension de base des systèmes et sous-systèmes des véhicules Tesla
- Nettoyer et entretenir les véhicules selon les besoins, inspecter les véhicules avant la livraison aux clients, soit après un service terminé, soit après la livraison de nouvelles voitures
- Collaborer avec les techniciens seniors dans leur travail et évoluer vers des tâches plus complexes dans le cadre de votre développement, en apprenant et en développant continuellement vos connaissances et vos compétences
- Utiliser divers outils d’atelier manuels et motorisés, calibrer et inspecter l’équipement
- Travailler avec les autres équipes, en collaborant avec les autres techniciens et le personnel du centre de service pour résoudre les problèmes et instaurer de bonnes pratiques
- Gérer efficacement des priorités multiples, organiser la charge de travail et respecter les délais
- Travailler de manière aussi rentable que possible et garder un espace de travail bien ordonné
- Suivre toutes les directives de réparation spécifiées par Tesla jusqu’aux niveaux de qualité acceptés, en respectant les instructions de sécurité à tout moment
- Tenir des registres relatifs au temps, aux dépenses et aux matériaux

We are currently looking for apprentices wishing to prepare for a BTS (Diploma) in Vehicle Maintenance.

Seize this opportunity, as we are looking for an after-sales service technician (M/F) who matches your profile.
This position will allow you to develop your technical skills through exciting training programs, supplemented by continuous hands-on training, provided by an expert technician. You will work in one of our internationally recognized service centers, with the possibility of visiting other sites for training and assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with or without supervision, depending on skill level.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Tesla vehicles' systems and subsystems.
- Clean and maintain vehicles as needed, inspect vehicles before delivery to customers, either after service completion or after new car deliveries.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on their tasks and take on more complex tasks as part of your development, continuously learning and developing your knowledge and skills.
- Use various manual and powered workshop tools, calibrate and inspect equipment.
- Work with other teams, collaborating with other technicians and service center staff to solve issues and establish best practices.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Work as efficiently as possible and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Follow all repair guidelines specified by Tesla to the accepted quality levels, adhering to safety instructions at all times.
- Maintain records related to time, expenses, and materials.
Requirements:
- Education in a field related to mechanics or electricity, or equivalent technical work experience in the automotive industry or a related industry (aeronautics, engines, electricity, marine, aviation, other mechanics, etc.).
- Holding a full valid European driving license at the time of application
- Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment while meeting key performance indicators.
- Must be highly motivated to develop your skills and knowledge and demonstrate a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic team environment, positively contributing to the collective environment and team spirit.
- Motivation to work in a constantly evolving environment that introduces new technologies and working methods.
