As an ESS Supervisor you are responsible for the leadership and execution of daily administrative tasks for the Executive Assistant Group (EAG), as well as facilities related tasks for the Workplace Services Group (WSG). What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure shift support teams are fully qualified to maintain production requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Skilled Tradesperson (Millwright, Machinist, or Electrician certification preferred)
• Technologist or Engineering post-secondary education and relevant experience will be considered
• Experience with metal forming, pressing, machining, and automation equipment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Computer literacy across multiple applications
• Excellent leadership, team building, motivational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels
• High integrity, dependability, and results orientation
