Financial Planning & Analysis:
Conduct monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and scenario modeling.
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reporting packages to management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Strategic Change Management & Automation:

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent experience and +10 years of professional experience in Product Design, with +5 years of experience leading Product Designers.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a broad range of product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and native mobile applications
Experience driving product design for end-to-end user-experiences and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes with agile, cross-functional teams
Hand-on experience in zero-to-one , new product and concept development, including generative research, storyboarding, user-journey mapping, competitive analysis, prototyping, qualitative feedback and quantitative testing.
Ability to synthesize
Thought leadership in the e-commerce space and hands-on experience creating platforms, tools, and products that enable e-commerce sellers a plus.

You will build and complete the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams. Be the champion of execution perfection. Proactively find opportunities to increase test velocity and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements: use data to advise forecast business impact for your ideas.

What you will bring:
5+ years of strong product / business / consulting / growth marketing experience focused on customer conversion. 2 years of experience in / related to e-commerce. Marketplace experience (e.g. Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn) is strongly preferred.
Steadfast execution and attention to detail - ability to ship quality experiences in a fast paced and iterative manner. Highly organized and process oriented. Regardless of the task, you are able to identify the most efficient way to get it done.
Strong product sense - ability to understand consumer needs and find simple and creative ways to solve them.
Experience navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Experience developing performance-based emails / notifications in ecommerce.
