You will be responsible for the preparation, collection, accuracy and tracking of payroll-related documents, such as benefit deductions, tax information, and vacation and absence records. You will also create reports to support payroll decisions and provide employee analytics to help inform team recruitment and retention strategies. You will be expected to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as banks and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate execution and completion of payroll activities. The ability to think critically and analyze data sets is essential in this role.
