At Unity, our Ads Business Intelligence team plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying new business growth opportunities, and developing impactful analytics tools. We operate a full-spectrum ad ecosystem, including multiple ad networks and a mediation platform - a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace environment.

As a new Senior BI Developer within the Network Insights group, you’ll report to the Senior Manager of Machine Learning BI Analytics team. Your focus will be on turning marketplace data into actionable insights and strategies that empower user acquisition success for largest mobile app advertisers. You’ll lead end-to-end data initiatives - diving into business challenges, analyzing ML model performance, and delivering predictive reporting to shape the Unity Ads roadmap. You'll work closely with teams across product, engineering, data science, and revenue to translate insights into measurable impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze complex datasets using reporting and predictive statistics to extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to inform strategic decision-making.
