The customer experience manager role in Canada is one of the most vital roles within the tech industry. As a customer experience manager (CXM), you are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You create and deliver a positive customer service experience, both online and offline, to help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in customer service platforms and tools, and be able to develop customer-centric solutions to meet customer needs.
