The customer experience manager role in Canada is one of the most vital roles within the tech industry. As a customer experience manager (CXM), you are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You create and deliver a positive customer service experience, both online and offline, to help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
