The Channel Manager role in Canada is one of the most impactful positions in the Canadian tech industry. With the increasing demand for software, hardware and other cutting-edge products, the role of a Channel Manager is becoming increasingly important. A Channel Manager works closely with software and hardware vendors, distributors, resellers and other external partners to maintain a network of sales channels for the organization's products. Leveraging their technical and market expertise, Channel Managers identify, on-board and help nurture new partners and relationships to expand the company’s reach. The Channel Manager not only builds strong relationships but is also responsible for creating incentives and promotions to stimulate sales through the various partnerships.
