The Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for the setup, governance, and day-to-day operations of the Strategic Deals Center. This individual will provide support to the project management team for large deals, coordinate the SDC governance committee, manage the deal pipeline, and oversee the SDC intake process. The role requires a high level of executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and operational rigor.

Your key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with global and Canadian priorities.
  • Coordinate the SDC governance committee and ensure alignment with legal, quality, and process refresh initiatives.
  • Act as a central point for complex, high-value pursuits, ensuring visibility and status tracking through dashboard management
  • Ensure timely execution and stakeholder alignment for SDC deals
  • Own the intake process for strategic deals, ensuring qualification criteria are met.
  • Interact with stakeholders to ensure correct information for these deals is collected and aligned to needs of the function
  • Maintain visibility into the deal pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration across all service lines and sectors to ensure integration of the SDC
  • Partner with Creative Services to support the enablement of pursuits
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing status reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external communications in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing teams.
