As an assistant branch manager of a leading tech company in Canada, you will be an integral part of the operations management and customer relations team, helping to drive the vision and direction of the local branch.
Your primary role will be to support the branch manager in all areas of the business, from operations and customer service to sales and marketing. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, co-ordinating customer support and managing inventory levels, to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
