- Définir et mettre en œuvre la vision technique et l’orientation produit du Ads Dashboard, en lien avec les indicateurs clés et la valeur client.

- Créer des composants UI réutilisables et performants pour offrir une expérience no-code de premier ordre.

AMS Delivery:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within multiple AMS engagements.
- Handle configuration changes, data corrections, and troubleshooting of EC-related issues.
- Collaborate with client HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC updates and platform releases.

- Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, PMGM, LMS, Comp, RCM).
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., GLobal Benefits, EC, PMGM, LMS, Comp, RCM).
