Skills and attributes for success

  • Payroll Expertise & Technical Skills : Brings extensive experience in high-volume, full-function payroll operations, with strong proficiency in SAP and other payroll software, large-scale ERP systems, and intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Leadership & Implementation Experience : Demonstrated leadership in payroll teams and successful involvement in payroll implementation projects, supported by sound numeracy, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Qualifications & Versatility : While formal payroll certification is advantageous but not required, the candidate offers a broad and adaptable skill set across varied systems and processes, ensuring readiness for complex payroll environments.
