As an inside Sales Representative, you will have a crucial role in the growth and success of Expoint. Your main goal will be to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to further increase company profitability. Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will identify customer needs and develop effective sales strategies to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will entail generating sales and achieving set quotas, managing customer relationships, providing technical advice, and performing market research. Utilizing your persuasive communication skills and persuasive ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders is essential. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for updating customer accounts, presenting and discussing products, putting together and proposing sales packages, and acting as a contact point for customers.
