- 5+ years of non-internship professional experience administering and implementing BIM programs and systems.

You will be the key person in developing the BIM model estimating system to increase the estimating efficiency and accuracy. - Take ownership of construction cost data from various sources to support future budget development and benchmarking.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience within industry.

- Direct experience in the design, construction, or management of data centers, critical infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Experience in developing and presenting business case analyses or budgets to senior leadership, including driving continuous improvement methodologies and practices.

At today's large-scale data centers, you will be involved in:- Work schedule changes depending on specific site needs. The CE directs, trains and supports EOT’s in their role of providing hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. Implementation and execution of site/equipment-specific training exercises is also expected. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPS’s, PDU’s, DAHU’s, chillers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD’s, and building automation systems.Key job responsibilities
