As an Account Director in Australia on Expoint, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with new and existing clients in the tech industry. You will be the ultimate customer advocate, taking ownership of customer success by utilizing customer insights to identify and strengthen relationships.
Your goal is to create a customer-centric environment, ensuring your clients understand the products and services offered and have a top-notch experience with Expoint. You will be their go-to person and provide feedback to facilitate cross-functional teams in the decision-making process. You will also ensure that the customer journey through Expoint is smooth and efficient.
You will keep close track of customer satisfaction, collaborate with them to identify opportunities, assist in customer onboarding, and working to retain customer relationships. You must be able to think strategically and act tactically to create long-term value with customers. You will communicate customer needs and expectations internally, while representing customer needs and feedback in weekly meetings.
By possessing a detailed understanding of our customers and the market, you will be responsible for developing proposals and delivering presentations to prospective clients.
