- Shape the visual language of Artlist’s product surfaces, ensuring every screen feels cinematic, premium, and creator-friendly.
- Contribute to and extend Artlist’s design system, focusing on scalable, reusable, and visually consistent components.
- Partner with product, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences across product + web.
- Use data, research, and rapid prototyping to refine decisions, validate designs, and improve usability.
- Work fast and iteratively, exploring multiple visual directions and pushing for high-quality execution.
- 5–8 years of experience designing digital products, creative tools, or SaaS web platforms.
- Exceptional UI and visual design strength - mastery of typography, grids, color, composition, component design, and responsive behavior.
- Deep experience with UX fundamentals, user flows, and interaction patterns for web and product.
- Experience designing with and contributing to design systems (component libraries, tokens, patterns).

Experience:
- At least 7 years of Product Design experience - must.
- A strong portfolio of previous projects for real customers/clients — make sure to add it to your CV.
- Experience in delivering high-quality UI/UX for consumer-facing products is a must.
- Experience running high-quality UX research.
- Experience working with both behavioral data and user research to inform and validate design solutions.
- Experience in handling and managing usability tests with real users, face to face.
- Experience creating pixel-perfect designs and prototypes with Figma.
- A strong ability to manage tasks according to the priorities of the team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent skills of communicating in English, both verbal and written.
- A desire to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in high fidelity prototyping and motion — Advantage.

- Playtest your own and other teammates’ designs to ensure quality and consistency of gameplay.
- Provide and document feedback to other team members’ designs.
- Iterate your content based on feedback provided in playtest sessions.
- Use data to inform and balance existing content and form hypotheses and direction for future content.
- Assist the Content team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
- Support and collaborate with Art, UI, Game Design, Production, QA, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in a Game Design, Product or Content Design roles
- Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
- Positive and creative mind with a passion for creating visual and narrative elements.
- Solid grasp of design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual, puzzle or merge audiences, markets and player motivations.
- Ability to create high quality content for a mass audience under strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas.
- Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively within an agile team environment.
