Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline with the right qualifications for the required profiles, approaching both active and non-active candidates.
  • Own the recruitment process end to end:
  • Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and job applications and conducting phone interviews.
  • Schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and HR.
  • Maintain close relationships with sourcing agencies and enable transparency into real-time status (using Comeet).
  • Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.
  • Advise and partner closely with hiring managers.
  • Stay tuned for recruiting trends and best practices, implementing the relevant ones in our process.

Your skills:

  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing tools and methods.
  • proven track record in helping startups scale rapidly.
  • Super-strong interpersonal skills.
  • A great communicator - both written and verbal English.
  • Excellent organization, time management, follow up and “close the loop” abilities to push the recruitment process to completion in an effective and fast manner.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Proactive, comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Working knowledge of Comeet applicant tracking systems – a plus.
  • Experience from a recruitment agency specializing in the high-tech industry – a big plus!
